Introduction
These Terms of Sale explain how medicines and pharmacy products are supplied through our online pharmacy service and how professional, legal, and safety requirements apply when you place an order.
This website and its pharmacy services are operated by Healthpoint Limited (Company No. 1474728, NZBN 9429035586425), a New Zealand registered company providing regulated pharmacy services.
By placing an order, you confirm that you will provide accurate information and that you understand medicines are supplied subject to professional review and legal requirements.
Pharmacy Regulation and Professional Responsibility
Medicines are supplied in accordance with New Zealand medicines legislation and professional pharmacy standards. All dispensing is carried out under the supervision of a registered pharmacist from a licensed pharmacy premises.
Pharmacists are required to exercise independent professional judgement. This responsibility takes priority over the completion of any transaction where there are concerns about safety, legality, or appropriate use.
Eligibility to Purchase Medicines
To purchase medicines from our pharmacy, you must be legally entitled to receive medicines in New Zealand and provide accurate and complete personal and health information.
- Hold a valid prescription where required
- Meet applicable age or identity verification requirements
- Provide information necessary for safe supply
Orders may be declined where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where supply may not be appropriate.
Clinical Review and Supply Decisions
All medicine orders are subject to pharmacist review. Submission of an order does not create a right to receive a medicine.
As part of responsible supply, our pharmacists may:
- Request additional information about your health or current medicines
- Contact your prescriber to verify prescription details
- Assess patterns of repeat supply that may indicate inappropriate use
- Limit quantities supplied in line with safety guidelines
- Decline supply where there is a risk of harm or misuse
These decisions are made to support safe treatment and are based on professional and regulatory obligations.
Prescription Medicines
Prescription medicines will only be supplied after receipt and assessment of a valid prescription that meets New Zealand legal requirements.
Prescriptions may be verified with the issuing healthcare provider. In some cases, supply may be delayed while clarification is obtained to ensure appropriate treatment.
Non-Prescription and Pharmacist Only Medicines
Some medicines that do not require a prescription may still require pharmacist involvement prior to supply.
This may include assessment of symptoms, confirmation of suitability, and provision of advice on safe use. Supply may be declined where there are concerns about misuse, excessive quantities, or potential harm.
Pricing and Order Acceptance
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax where applicable.
An order is considered accepted only after clinical review has been completed, payment has been authorised, and the medicine has been approved for dispensing.
If a pricing issue or stock limitation is identified, we will contact you before proceeding.
Availability and Clinical Substitution
Medicine availability may change due to supply constraints or regulatory factors.
Where appropriate, alternative treatment options may be discussed with you or your prescriber. Prescription medicines will not be substituted without clinical consideration and your agreement.
Delivery and Patient Responsibility
Medicines are dispatched only after dispensing and final safety checks have been completed.
Once delivered, responsibility for safe storage and use rests with you. Medicines should be stored according to instructions and kept out of reach of children and others who may misuse them.

Orders may be cancelled before dispensing begins by contacting our team.
After dispensing or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible due to safety and regulatory requirements. Medicines cannot usually be returned unless faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
